Creedmore Construction was founded in 2006 by Nick Siegert, who still leads the company with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach. Nick started in the Houston area with limited resources but a strong work ethic, learning residential construction before expanding into concrete, earthwork, and site development.
As his reputation grew, he became the person others called to fix complex field problems. That experience shaped everything Creedmore stands for today: accountability, precision, and getting the job done right the first time, without ever losing the values it was built on: quality, experience, determination, and integrity.

Shane Thigpen
Brings 36 years in commercial construction, including 16 years as a chief estimator and time as an on-site superintendent. He also spent 20 years as a partner running TRS Construction, his family’s general contracting company. He’s the “S” in TRS.
