General Contracting

Owner-level oversight. Field-level accountability.

A construction project involves hundreds of decisions, multiple trades, changing conditions, and a schedule that does not leave much room for mistakes. Creedmore Construction brings those moving pieces together under one accountable team. As a family-owned and operated construction company, we take a hands-on approach to general contracting. From mobilization through final completion, our team coordinates the work, manages trade partners, monitors quality and schedule, and addresses problems before they become larger disruptions. With key construction scopes performed in-house, we maintain greater control over critical parts of the project and keep decisions closer to the people doing the work.

Day-to-Day Project Oversight: Strong projects require consistent attention in the field. We oversee daily construction activities, coordinate schedules, track progress, and keep work moving according to the project plan. Our team stays involved throughout construction so questions are answered quickly and responsibilities remain clear.
Trade Partner Coordination: A project is only as coordinated as the teams working on it. We manage subcontractors and trade partners across the project, helping ensure that each scope is properly sequenced and that crews have the information they need before work begins.
Schedule Management: Delays in one scope can quickly affect every trade behind it. We monitor project milestones, upcoming activities, material needs, and potential constraints throughout construction. When conditions change, we work to resolve the issue quickly and minimize its effect on the overall schedule.
Earthwork: Site preparation establishes the foundation for everything that follows. Our earthwork capabilities allow Creedmore to maintain direct oversight of critical early-stage construction activities while coordinating closely with the requirements of the overall project.
Utilities: Underground utilities require careful planning, sequencing, and coordination with surrounding construction. Keeping this capability close to our project team allows issues to be identified and addressed quickly while helping maintain continuity between site development and vertical construction.
Electrical: Electrical work affects nearly every phase of a modern construction project. Our in-house electrical capability gives Creedmore greater visibility and control over this critical scope, helping improve coordination between field conditions, project requirements, and the trades working around it.
Hands-On Leadership: At Creedmore, accountability starts at the top. Our leadership remains actively involved in our projects rather than handing the work off and disappearing once construction begins. That involvement helps keep communication clear, decisions timely, and expectations understood throughout the project.
Quality Control: Quality is built throughout the construction process, not inspected into a project at the end. We monitor workmanship as construction progresses, address deficiencies when they are identified, and work with our trade partners to maintain project standards from the early stages through final completion.
Clear Communication: Owners should not have to chase their contractor for answers. We believe in straightforward communication regarding project progress, upcoming milestones, changes, challenges, and decisions that need to be made. When an issue arises, our goal is to bring solutions to the conversation, not surprises.

Our Process

How Creedmore Manages Your Project

Preconstruction & Project Handoff

Before mobilization, we review the project scope, drawings, schedule, budget expectations, trade responsibilities, and major construction requirements. The goal is to make sure the field team starts with a clear plan rather than solving preventable problems after construction begins.

Construction & Coordination

Once construction is underway, our team manages day-to-day operations, coordinates trade partners, monitors quality and schedule, and communicates project developments. With hands-on oversight and key scopes under our direct control, we can respond quickly when field conditions require action.

Completion & Closeout

As construction approaches completion, we coordinate final inspections, remaining work, corrections, and project closeout requirements. Our focus remains the same through the final phase: finish the work properly, communicate clearly, and deliver a project the owner can move forward with confidently.
